Response Times
We aim to respond to every email within 2 business days. Data deletion and privacy requests are processed within 7 business days once your identity has been verified.
Before you email: many common questions — such as how to view your points balance, clip an offer, or update your profile — can be answered inside the ideal Rewards app. Open the app and tap the Profile tab for account settings, or browse the Home and Offers tabs for available rewards.
